√ Queer Clientele
“With green representing nature in Gilbert Baker's original rainbow flag, I think it's fitting that a natural wine-focused wine bar in the West Village has developed a queer presence in the work staff. Between the queer head chef and numerous bartenders, Anfora couples a queer-friendly vibe with dedication sharing environmentally-conscious and narratively driven wine and spirits. Many of the bartenders are part of the Queer community, as well as the head chef Menachem Freeman, and me, the cellar-hand.”
